It's such a beautiful way to travel! I love the challenge of it. There is nothing that compares to riding a bike downhill at 30+ mph...whoo hoo!! |

AppleValley via Hygeine/36, Hygiene-36 to Amante...stop for coffee...and back, I've only done Jamestown once, loved it! |

Shave down my sprint tri bike time by about 4 minutes, to 35 min.
Get transition time down to 1 minute. Sprint tri to 1:13:00. Complete an open water swim tri. |
